What do I do?

I accept writing and search marketing projects. Most of my adult life has been spent writing for clients who wanted to promote their sites in the worldwide web.  I know SEM, SERPs, PR, keywords, keyword positioning, keyword densities, deep-linking, achoring, long-tail, site-mapping, etc.  I know about other internet marketing strategies – CPA, CPC, CPM.  I know targeting and customer demographics.

I can cite all the buzzwords, but what’s the point?  Heck, let’s just leave it at the fact that I have read Sergey Brin and Lawrence Page’s paper on search engine ranking algorithms.  Anyone who has read that paper knows it’s not easy reading for anyone who has been trained mainly in the Social Sciences.  But I persevered, have understood and have applied…

I love writing, blogging and learning about new things – and my work satisfies all these.  What could be better, except perhaps getting enough sleep?

But that’s not possible for when I’m not working on projects, I work for myself.  Right now, I am teaching myself web development and graphics design. I have taught myself html and css; php will be next, although I have already become more familiar with it because of wordpress and drupal. I dream of learning animation.

I also love teaching; that’s my other passion. I have taught review classes and university courses.  I love Plato’s The Republic, but I don’t idolize Sparta the way Plato (arguably) did. :)

If you have any projects that you want me to consider or if you know someone who may need my services, please contact me or leave me a comment here and I’ll see if I can take it on. Please don’t give me rush jobs, however. I need time if you want great output and planning.  I also love my regular clients and I won’t put them off for rush projects.

    You probably are an inspiration to others and you just don’t realize it. Strength and independence will come naturally if you truly believe that you are what you make of yourself and not the product of what others believe and say you are.

    Anyway, enough of the couch psychology. Thanks for dropping by! :)

    I’m wondering if you do any SEO/SEM Training, if so I may have an immediate opportunity (6 hours) for this type of training in the Makati area. Please let me know if interested otherwise please disregard.
